After Hours

Chad has met some of his favorite celebrities over the years; he is a big fan of music, art and Hollywood. Throughout his time spent in Hollywood, he found it a thrill and challenge to try and meet some of the stars. Here are a few examples and pictures of those he’s been lucky enough to meet:

• Paul Siminon from the Clash (one of Chad’s favorite bands). Chad was invited to Paul's his house through a friend and they hung out for bit.
• Dwight Yoakam: Chad ’s met him 4 – 5 times. Photo 1 was at age 28, at Hollywood Palamino, after one of Dwight's shows. Photo 2 is when Chad ran into him again at a greeting card store in Hollywood. He is a big fan of his music.
• Johnny Cash: Chad met him at a hotel shortly after one of his concerts in Anaheim, and has been a big fan of music for many years.
• Brian Setzer from the Stray Cats: they met through the jacket Chad made and gave to Brian (see About Us / History of Chad for more details); Chad is big fan of the Stray Cat's music.
• Adam Clayton from U2: Chad met him at Fermosa Cafe in Hollywood in 1990; that night at the dinner, Quincy Jones and Axl Rose were there too.
• Willie Nelson: Chad is a big fan of his music; Robert (Chad's partner at the Hair Store) use to cut hair for the owner of The Crazy Horse in Orange County. Through him, Chad was invited there one night for dinner and the opportunity to meet Willie, who ended up giving Chad his bandana that evening.
